The Designer wanted the item to be made using artisan methods so as to be able to maintain a natural aesthetic feel that would be warm and as close to his own idea as possible.

To do this, we rough-sculpted the subject following the sketches and then working together with the designer.

Once the prototype had been made and approved, to maintain the crafted feel, instead of scanning, we made the partitions and used the model to cast aluminium in earth and after making the negative aluminium shells and tooling, moulding was used to reproduce the subject by means of rotational moulding.
